Refund Policy & Enrollment Information

A student will receive a full refund if WCE cancels class. If a student withdraws before the course start date, she/he will be given a program credit less a $20 withdrawal fee per class. Please allow four to six weeks for refunds to be processed. If a student withdraws after a class has begun but is still in session, then that student is entitled to a pro-rated WCE program credit (based on the number of classes held when the student informs WCE of withdrawal from class) less a $20 withdrawal fee. Withdrawals and changes must be made in writing.

Please note: no refunds for single session classes; credit only. Material/food fees when included in the class fee are not refundable.

Wilton Senior Citizens 62 years or older may take two courses free of charge * (except computer, off-site classes, trips/tours, Ed2Go, Weight Loss/Nutrition, tarot classes and golf lessons) on a space available basis.

*Wilton senior citizens will need to pay a discounted registration fee of $5 per semester.  All supply materials fees apply.  To find out if space is available and to register, please call on Wednesday, the week before class begins.  For example, if class begins on Thursday, March 13, you need to call on Wednesday, March 5.  We will check space availability for you at that time.

Out-of-Towners:  A $10 non-resident fee is charged for one and two session courses; $15 for courses with more sessions, as per the course description.
